Learn a little of who I am and where I come from

1990's

Born from both Peruvian parents with native blood from my father and Spaniard blood from my mother, I was born in March in 1990 in Trujillo Peru.

I grew up with two other siblings, an older sister and a younger brother, I know! I am the middle child haha. As a family we moved constantly every few years because of my father's work. But with this hassle came great memories of new places to live. A lot of the memories I have from Peru is living in the mountains and visiting my grandmother in Iquitos and swimming in the Amazon river. But even though 9 years might seem like a lot they went by pretty fast and in 1999 my family decided to make a huge decision and migrate to one of the greater countries in the world, that I have never heard of back in the days, United States.

A New World with moving stairs

In Spring of 1999 my family migrated to United States in hopes for a better life.

To tell you the truth, innocent me, never heard of another country besides Peru. But one of the biggest memories I have from coming to the US was the airport. Airplanes hooking up to the building, stairs that move up and down, giant televisions on the walls, a strange language, and trains with no conductors inside the airport! I couldn't believe my eyes, It felt like one of those sci-fi movies I used to watch. But who knew that this strange world would become my new home.

Growing Up

After settling, I was raised in Haverhill; a small town at the north of Massachussetts.

This small town became the home town where my family grew up and expanded. Here's where I learned English by watching cartoons, and meeting new friends that some would become friends for life and some for some time.
