Senior Product Designer
Senior Product Designer with 10+ years of experience turning complex systems, business requirements, and user needs into clear, scalable digital products. My work spans education, healthcare, accessibility, and financial services, with experience leading end-to-end product design from discovery and information architecture through interaction design, prototyping, validation, and delivery. I partner closely with product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders to define product direction, connect experiences across multiple user types, and establish design patterns that scale beyond a single feature or release. I also integrate AI into day-to-day design workflows to accelerate exploration, synthesis, prototyping, and documentation while maintaining strong product judgment and human-centered decision making.

Leading end-to-end product design for a new nursing education experience that moves beyond Pearson’s traditional single-course model to support multi-semester programs aligned with how institutions organize curricula. I am defining the experience across three interconnected personas—program administrators, instructors, and students—mapping complex workflows, permissions, handoffs, and information needs across the full program lifecycle. The work establishes a scalable product foundation that connects multiple courses into one cohesive program experience while balancing institutional structure, user needs, and the constraints of Pearson’s existing ecosystem.
