The demographics for this app is 65 and over. All surveys where done to have a single action, to select an answer, without any confusion on where they are or what is happening
The dashboard highlight tasks and tasks that need to be completed. This cards take a huge part into having the users, patients, information up to date, so they can have an accurate conversation with their providers.
A visible navigation was a key to helping the users navigate through the site without any confusion or hidden links.
Rewards gives a user sense of accomplishment. Even though some of those actions are just simple surveys. This also gives a memorable and user friendly approach to the UI that is one of the many ways patients come back
